Undergraduate Admission

Master of Architecture - Track I, Master of Architecture- Track II, Master of Architecture- Track III and Ph.D. in Architecture  

Students who are applying for undergraduate admission for the fall (or summer) should apply by the priority deadline of November 1st. Applications received after that date will be considered on a rolling basis until the final deadline of February 1st.

Those who wish to have their application considered for admission to Architecture for the Spring Semester, should apply by October 1st.

Graduate Admission

Fall Semester and Summer Session. The application deadline for the M.Arch. II/III, Academic M.A., and Ph.D. programs is January 15th. 

Deadlines for Graduate Certificate programs in Architectural Acoustics, Health and Wellness, Historic Preservation and Urban Design are Spring: January 1; Summer, June 1; Fall, August 1.


Department of Design

Undergraduate Admission 

Illustration & Animation, Industrial Design, Photography, and Visual Communication Design

Deadline for Assured Admission is November 1. Admission by Review deadline is February 1.

Design Management and Strategy and Interaction and User Experience Design

Priority deadline for Fall is April 15 and the final deadline is July 1.
Priority deadline for Spring is November 15 and the final deadline is December 1.

Interior Architecture and Design program 

Students who are applying for undergraduate admission for the fall (or summer) should apply by the priority deadline of November 1st. Applications received after that date will be considered on a rolling basis until the final deadline of February 1st.

First-time applicants (high school seniors and high school graduates) should have minimum ACT composite score of 24 or a SAT composite of 1160. In addition, they should have a high school GPA of 3.2 or higher with fewer than 24 hours of college-level credit.
