Anna Abernathy

Anna Abernathy started as the Director of Recruitment & Enrollment for the School of Architecture & Design in January 2024. She is currently pursuing her EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at KU. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her master’s degree from Boston University. Previously, she worked in recruiting for graduate programs in the School of Business at KU and undergraduate programs at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing music, and exploring the city of Lawrence with her husband Lawrence, daughter Eleanor, and border collie Coda.
