Adobe Creative Cloud for Architecture & Design Students
Students in all School of Architecture & Design degree programs will receive a personal license to Adobe Creative Cloud at no cost.
To access:
Download Adobe Creative Cloud on your personal computer (if you haven’t done so already) and/or install any of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps on your mobile device (Apple or Google Play Store).
Log in by entering your KU email address.
When prompted, choose “Company or School Account.”
Sign in as normal using your KU Online ID and password.
Important notes:
Your license can only be associated with your KU account. In other words, it is not possible to assign your license to your personal Adobe account.
You can install and use Adobe Creative Cloud with your KU account on up to two computers.
You will retain access to Adobe Creative Cloud if you are majoring in an Architecture and Design program.
You will lose access to Adobe Creative Cloud software the day after graduation. If you use Adobe’s online storage, you may want to save a copy of your files to another location. See below on “transferring assets.”

FAQ
Only students who are officially majoring in an Architecture & Design program receive a personal license for Adobe Creative Cloud. Students who don't receive a license through the school can still access Creative Cloud in the computer labs, purchase a discounted personal through the bookstore, and/or soon access Adobe Express (being rolled out fall 2023 to all students).
