Gould Evans career-building series: storytelling + storyselling, March 9th
The first Gould Evans Career-Building Series panel discussion + workshop of Spring 2021 will take place on Tuesday, March 9th: Storytelling + Storyselling - a hands-on workshop on graphic communication and portfolio design. Architect Pennie Liu and Storyteller Jessica Kleoppel will share insights on how students can share their story and sell their story in simple yet powerful ways during the hiring process.
Organized by The University of Kansas student chapter of NOMA, Women in Design, and Gould Evans, this series of discussions, presentations, and workshops is specifically designed for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, and international students. The Gould Evans Career-Building Series covers things NOT taught in school and provides insights and tools needed to not only succeed but find belongingness in a career that students build on their terms.
