Gap between the rich and the poor is a major concern for developing countries like India. Unlike western countries where poor are concentrated on certain neighborhoods, in India various socio-economic groups exist in a single neighborhood due to their inter dependability. My dissertation looks at the morphological differences among such neighborhoods and try to understand how different socio-economic groups adapt to scenarios of mixed neighborhoods.
